Set RGB Noise

"Set RGB Noise" option allows set RGB noise to image/photo:

Select what colors will be set with noise (Red, Green or Blue)

To set RGB noise:

Choose menu Effects > Set RGB Noise > Choose colors to be set with noise > Press "Apply".
